Integrated Workplace Case

Engineering capacity drops by 30% for three weeks. Support has a high-severity incident. PMO is protecting a milestone. CSE wants an additional feature. Finance will not authorise work beyond current coverage. A Project Manager keeps escalating routine sequencing decisions.

Use the sequence. Agree the wider outcome and compare consequences of delay. Protect important preparation as well as urgent action. Review what stays in the current scope. Present any change as a visible condition or business constraint. Clarify the PM’s sequencing authority and the decisions that remain with Support, CSE, Engineering and Finance. Agree owners, dependency checks and early-warning triggers.

One responsible response could protect incident recovery, retest the milestone, defer the feature and prepare a customer recommendation. That is conditional on the actual impact and alternatives. The case does not supply enough evidence to declare a universal ranking.
