Take It to Work
Use the challenge you captured at the start, or choose one current outcome with a clear deadline.
- State the outcome in one sentence. Name who else depends on it.
- Compare realistic options and their dependencies, risks and trade-offs.
- Decide what deserves attention now and which important work needs protected time.
- Define what stays in scope for this window. Make any deferral explicit.
- Prepare one Yes If or No Because conversation with the person affected.
- If work is handed over, use WHY–WHAT–HOW–WHEN and clarify Decide / Check / Flag Early.
Choose one action you can take in the next two weeks. Note who you will involve, when you will act and what evidence would show the action helped. A clearer agreement or an early surfaced dependency can be useful evidence; your intention alone is not proof of changed behaviour.
